The Sew Mukwano Empowered! menstrual hygiene kit goes back to the basics and includes:

-5 Sew Mukwano reusable cloth pads (environmentally friendly, perfect to use again and again, and helps keep our girls in school)

-2 pairs of underwear (sometimes, undies are hard to come by. We make sure our girls have them so they can wear our pads and manage her period.)

-1 washcloth (you know...for feminine hygiene and just hygiene in general!)

-1 small bar of soap
